River Vu Farms privacy notice

Effective August 11, 2026. This notice covers information submitted through rivervufarms.com. It does not replace a boarding, lesson, camp, payment, or other program agreement.

Information you choose to send

The inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, optional email address, area of interest, optional child age, preferred reply method, and message. Please do not send medical, financial, payment-card, emergency, or other highly sensitive information through the form.

Information about a child should be submitted only by the child's parent or legal guardian, or by another adult who has permission to do so.

How inquiry information is used

River Vu Farms uses an inquiry to answer questions, discuss lessons, boarding, camp, or visits, follow up about availability, and maintain ordinary business records. A website inquiry does not reserve a stall, lesson, camp place, or visit.

The inquiry is emailed to the farm operator and copied to the authorized website administrator. The website also keeps a protected server-side copy so an inquiry is not lost if email delivery fails.

Storage and retention

The current server-side inquiry log does not intentionally store the visitor's IP address or browser user-agent. It keeps submitted inquiry fields for up to 12 months and removes older entries as new inquiries are recorded. Copies in business email or an active customer record may be kept longer when reasonably needed for the relationship, accounting, insurance, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation.

Older server records created before this notice may include standard connection details recorded by the prior form handler. Those records are not used for advertising and should be reviewed under the same retention process.

The protected inquiry log is not intended to be publicly accessible. Website hosting, email, backup, and analytics providers may process limited technical information while providing their services.

Website analytics

River Vu Farms uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general website use, such as pages visited and actions like completed inquiries or phone-link clicks. River Vu Farms does not intentionally send the inquiry name, email, phone number, message, or child age to Google Analytics. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, cookie, and similar usage information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing

River Vu Farms does not sell contact-form information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, email, analytics, security, or business records; with professional advisors; or when reasonably required for safety, insurance, or law.

Your choices and questions

You may ask River Vu Farms to review, correct, or delete contact-form information, subject to records that must reasonably be retained. Email mmeyer@vestorah.com or call 973-299-9538. Please do not include sensitive information in the request.

Security and changes

River Vu Farms uses reasonable safeguards but no website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated when the website or its information practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
